How corrections are evaluated
A correction should be checked against the original source and the context of the claim. Material errors require changes to affected pages and a clear revision note; connected guides should also be checked. Unresolved claims should be qualified or withheld.
Meaningful update dates
Substantive changes receive an updated date. A typography or layout edit does not imply that all medical evidence has been reviewed again. A corrected conclusion should identify what changed and why.
